I think your going have a couple of problems getting asda to price match internet prices as they have now decided to change their price match policy to not include internet prices and think currently they have totaly suspended their policy although I`m not sure about this. And PC World didn`t sell all their titles for £3.99. The DVDs were all sold for between £3.99-£9.99

Cdwow have been really good for me too. Inthe past year i have ordered lots of cds and now some dvds and all have arrived within 5 days from Hong Kong. More recently i have been recieving them in 2-3 days from Hong Kong.

They were also doing Gladiator and Hannible there too.

I have had email confirmation of two different orders, RH2 and BJD both ordered at around 11.15 for about half an hour

Every single pc world dvd online and in shops is now in the price range stated above. The website has sold all avalible disks and may stores now have empty shelves, but you may get lucky if you visit a store NOW!

Just recieved a answer from cd wow for dvds they will be supplying. They didn`t give any specific titles but did say that they`ve just hired a dvd sourcing manager so there should be lots more dvds on their site soon.

I reckon pcworld put the price down £4.99 and kept the mummy boxset on the site was just done to p*** off asda, cos it certainly worked.

The deal isn`t that bad if you buy only the two disk sets. Gladiator and Hannible are both in the offer and £25 is a lot cheaper than plays £30 for the two

you do get about 9% off the normal oz prices becasue you get the gst (tax) deducted from the price.
Often this means that the price you see is the price including delivery.

I`d be very surprised if comet give you the mummy box set. They did proof that the price is lower than theirs and a print out of the web site isn`t going to work. Your only hope is let comet phone pc world, but before force pc world into saying that they have the mummy box set in stock at the low price.

The code works on all Dvds accept for those on special offer. Usually if the code cant work for a dvd it will state it on the page of the dvd.

The Usual Suspects is in the aussie sites 2 for $50. The offer also includes hannible and gladiator and snatch two disk sets.
It works out at about £18.10 inc delivery

You can`t order items which are out of stock on PC World. You will be extremly lucky to ever see the Mummy Boxset back on the web as pc world have decided not to sell dvds (maybe a small top ten range still), so they are selling off their remaining stock.

thats ok if you can wait a week for the dvd to be released in oz and another week for it to be delivered.
Much easier to pick it up at whsmiths for 13.50 today

Alot of portable players have gone down in price recently. The cheapest ive seen was a £200 ex display one at comet with new ones at around 250-275

smallbaldman isn`t talking about CD Wow but about the ebay seller mentioned earlier in the thread.
Also it would be nice to see a bigger selection at CD Wow, and with their recently updated site design and believe this could be happening pretty soon. I also noticed it said on the site that their DVDs will be 14.99 or less, but so far none below 14.99 to be seen

i ordered the fast and the furious and also driven from the site. Driven took about 3 days and ff took about 5 days cos they didn`t have it in stock.

The Panasonic SCHT70 will be soon replaced by a new model, so Comet decieded to sell off its stocks of the player. Comet.co.uk now no longer sell the player becasue of large number of customer orders and stock orders from individual stores. I think that very soon if your local store runs out they wont be able to order new stock in so get it soon!
