Bought one of these on 3rd january arrived with dead pixels in centre of display returned to ebuyer after 2 weeks of trying to get an RMA number.
Ebuyer refused to refund me or replace the unit saying 7 or more dead pixels required to constitute a fault.

Kids are v dissapointed !!!

Hi All i`ve had 3 Nokia 6230`s in the last 2 month`s all have had problem`s and are Vodafone locked.

1st phone would reset all settings if you changed the wallpaper.
2nd phone had a smell of burning plastic if you had a call that lasted more than 15-20 minutes.
3rd phone would crash if you used video recorder or played back a movie which was longer than 2 minutes.
The phone i have today is waiting to be replaced when stock is available due to being unable to support handsfree operation in my car kit or music stand ican hear the caller but they cannot hear me,Vodafone expect stock in the next 10 or so days.

Still a great phone though..
