Kobe 10" Portable DVD Player

A great deal for a 10" Portable DVD Player, considering that comet and all the other lame high street stores are selling 5" ones for the same price! ..

Does anyone know of a place I can get it even cheaper?

I think thats about as good as it gets pricewise, I would like a 8" or 9" in time, but currently use a 7", by the time I set that up with cool bag for a few beers on the train, it starts taking up space. Larger sizes are desirable but they do start to become less portable.

I enjoy being wrong and clueless on other subjects - My wife usually alerts me to which ones, as there seem to be an awful lot around the house.

Bought one of these on 3rd january arrived with dead pixels in centre of display returned to ebuyer after 2 weeks of trying to get an RMA number.
Ebuyer refused to refund me or replace the unit saying 7 or more dead pixels required to constitute a fault.

Kids are v dissapointed !!!

While they could argue that on a larger panel size, on a smaller screen I would say they were on thin ice, due to the decreased screen size in the first place.

I would chase up Trading Standards if I were you, they may have something to say on that point.

You should really write a review on the ebuyer website in the `review/comments` section.

I was about to place an order, this has really thrown a spanner in the works!

Dixons\Currys have a 8.2" Ferguson for £199 (6 months IFC) at the moment, it is MR hackable.

Consulting - If your not part of the solution, there`s good money to be made by prolonging the problem.

Hi

Bought a KOBE dvd player from Richer sounds, had a fault and contacted Kobe direct via website WWW.PGECO.com/support . Although teh Kobe website is not functional you can get a contact email address, the guy who responed to my emails was very prompt, replied within 1 hour of recieving mail. Long and short is that he offered to collect and replace the unit.

This may be worth a try for you guys.
