Well I really enjoyed the 1st episode, really just a setup to reintroduce the characters and show where they and Sheffield are now and enough lol moments to make it look like the series will be a decent addition to the movie 👍
just finished episode 3, just terrific stuff, has a real go at the catastrophic policies of this and previous governments and the effects it has had on the working class and showing that sometimes the only ones who can help are your own folk, with this serious stuff mixed with cracking humour across the whole cast and more LOL moments it’s not ted lasso but it is a very nice 2nd

Well I did enjoy it but purely for nostalgia and not much else unfortunately, if it was a stand alone I probably wouldn't have made it to the end, the original characters were a bit of a mishmash tbh, some used well, some not at all and that annoyed me although the fact that one was me twod half way through probably didn't help, the dancing thing put in badly im assuming for the trailer only and at 8 episodes at least 2 were filler ones which doesn't bode well, glad I watched it but wouldn't dream of revisiting it.
