Never tried them. I can however recommend www.fivestardvd.com

The disk my friend "ahem" ordered took 5 days to arrive over the long Bank Holiday - that`s quicker than some of his futureent / play247 orders have taken!

I, i mean "a friend" has a few questions regarding www.fivestardvd.com:

Do they sell hardcore DVDs/vids? and are they bootlegs?
I checked out a few titles there (for my friend, obviously), and most seemed suspiciously cheep, some are marked down to 9£

And, will you be able to get these through customs? I mean supposing they are actually hardcore that is.

Does the packaging state the price of the DVD (like for example play does)?

"my friend" will be grateful for any input :)

Well, from my "friends" experience they stock genuine hardcore DVD (don`t buy vids anymore, so I wouldn`t know!) from all the major studios.

The guidelines have been relaxed as to what you can import, so as long as the films feature consenting adults of legal age they`ll be OK to get through - as far as I`m aware. Certain acts are still banned, but if it`s full on rumpy pumpy :) you`re after - all fivestars are "hardcore"

As for the prices - older films that don`t sell too well or they have large stocks of will be discounted, as with any other products in any other industry! You can get adult DVDs from Futureent for as little as £6.99 inc postage :) But fivestar have a bigger range.

The disk my friend bought cost $20, plus about $6 postage - using the priority mail envelope option, without the DVD case (they just send the disk in a sleeve and the cover). The envelope was marked as "DVD Software" and the value was marked as the $20. As long as it`s less than £18 then there is no duty to pay.

In total, with the exchange rate etc, it ended up costing about the same as it would from Futureent in sterling.

Hope it helps.

theres a much cheaper and faster company try...
www.erodvd.nl
www,erovideo.nl
there prices start at about £4 each and that includes free postage and youll recieve them in 3-4 days and youl have no problems with customs but if you ever do photocopy or scan the letter customs give you and theyll either refund you or send them to u again free of charge ive been gettin them for over 12 months now and there by far the cheapest and best company out there..and theyll not rip you off like some companys like futureent do by sayin theyve got them in stock then take the money out then you dont recieve the titles for over 2 months like they did with my order ..

I took a risk on your advice and after trying the farce that was vidshop.com was utterly amazed to have an order arrive from fivestardvd in about 3/4 days! - superb!

VidShop.com Complaint

I agree avoid Vidshop.com. I`ve been an affiliate of them for a few years and in the past couple years have not paid. They don`t respond EVER to their e-mails or phone calls. VidShop.com is a horrible company avoid at ALL costs.
