hi i preorderd swordfish ages ago your website said it was posted 23/10/01 i have not recieved it yet fair enough its gone missing in transit etc these things happen but ive had no follow up to my emails this is why ive posted this ive sent numerous emails etc tried ringing(allways engaged) but just a little bit of notification to the customer wouldnt go a miss . many thanks yours wingenling m mcdonald.

I read so many bad comments about play on here but have yet to have a bad experience with them, I have always recieved my dvd`s within a couple of days of ordering them, I ordered my first pre-order from them on the 15/10/01 and I am eagerly awaiting the release date (19/11/01).

I will let you know when the dvd arrives

got through to play on the phone tonight told them about my 20 emails etc about my missing order nice lady on phone said she would send another out looked at my account and it has gone out looking forward to recieving my swordfish shortly looks like the quickest way to get things sorted is to ring the phone number till you get through ive sent loads of emails with no replies im now a happy man ! almost ! a friend said he seen play now advertise in magazines etc run up to crimbo there must be a big demand = more staff more telephone lines ok im off chow!

They gave me the same story on the phone - 2 wks later after numerous e-mails the 2 missing DVDs arrived. 4 wks after paying for them. I am now with Futureent and after ordering 6 DVDs in the last month - that have arrived within 4 days to France - I will stick with them until they get as complacent as Play247. Regards Vern

royal mail is the problem the problem is there theives..
my brother works for BMG Music and he sends me at least 3 free CD`s a month however lately i have stopped revieving them..WHY??? i wounderd and the i got a packet with only 1 CD. The problem the teiving little bleeders have been opening the envalopes taking what they want and the either sending what they dont or just keeping. they cant prove this yet and i am still waiting for some CD`s of my brother.

There Theives the lot of them (well Most)
