have ordered this from cdwow and says will not be dispatched until jan sometime (ordered last tue) yet on the site it says instock, anyone have probs like this??

ordered mine on 27/12/04 arrived 31/12/04.
cdwow are the best.
post office i think are closed down till next wednesday so that may be why you have not recieved it yet.

It`s possible that they have run out of stock and won`t be able to dispatch until new stock arrives. This happens occassionally. They normally notify you of this by email, giving you an alternative date of dispatch. Once they informed me that a dvd that I`d ordered was out of stock and gave me a date of dispatch a week away.......it arrived the next day!! ;)

Same here, placed my order on the 28th and got an email on the 29th saying it wont be dispatched until the 3rd as they are awaiting stock so hopefully it will be posted out tomorrow.

Unfortunately, this doen`t mean you`ll recieve 4 copies - as i found out when only one copy of The 4400 arrived! ;)

yes i got 4 emails saying 1 item had been despatched, wondered whats going on, at least im not the only one! :D

Never thought that for a second, just found it strange that they kept sending the same email, recieved it another two times after I posted on here lol

yeah, had similar problems last year ordered and paid for DVD advertised as in stock then after 2 weeks and no sign of DVD emailed them they said difficulty in obtaining title even though still advertised as in stock ... finally received DVD after 2 months even though all this time they had my money and i sent many e-mails and it was still advertised as in stock ... what does in stock mean if they actually don`t have the title physically on the shelf.... I`m confused anyway... i might add after all this have not used them since as not even an apology.
