Guys, www.mailboxmovies.com is still the winner for me...

Been with them for quite a while now and i`m staying.
The number of rental companies now out there is getting ridiculous, but none have the customer service like Mailbox Movies. They constantly answer your calls and they work weekends. Never really waiting long which is refreshing to say the least.

No I don`t work for them, but i`ve tried them all and none of them are perfect. It never will be. At least this company have to decency to respond to emails and phone calls. I`ve had the odd problem with them in the past i must admit, but i`ve always received extra discs and an apology. Soemthing you don`t get from the others.

I`ve been with `em for 3 weeks. Very fast! Not brilliant at sending out the newer stuff but I can wait.

UPDATE - had a gentle moan at them for sending DVDs from the bottom of my list and they have sent my top one as a peace offering...that means I have 3 discs out at onece on my 2 disc package.

I`m impressed!

MailBox movies were really good. The only complaint I had was the state of their discs (usually covered in scratches), which is why I cancelled my subscription. To be fair though, they were always quick, always responded to queries, and sent out extra discs when there was a playback problem.
