Page 1 of MovieTyme???

Has anyone used MovieTyme for there Region 1 DVD`s, some of there prices are pretty good and they have free UK shipping? Also they say on there site that any Customs you have to pay they will refund you? Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with them?

ordered twice, pre orders are shipped very quick (2 Weeks Early), they also repack in the UK so Customs should never be a problem... not had a problem myself, like the fact they offer recorded delivery for a little bit more... wish this was a option with more e-tailers giving the state of post service around here :(

I read some other posts that the re-package in the country so you don`t get customs, so why does it then say on the site you will get charged customs?

Must have made over 50 orders with them, and no complaints whatsoever.

There were a lot of problems before (none from myself personally), when their customer service was non existant and many people with lost packages couldnt contact them. Now their customer service has improved drastically and they are now an excellent retailer.
It is also worth checking out futureent.com who are a similar company with similar prices and you dont get any customs.

Have to take your word dicanio for "Now their customer service has improved drastically and they are now an excellent retailer" cos I`m way too p***ed off at them to ever use them again.
Still, I've not got a problem with anyone else using them; you make your own choice is life but if asked I will offer my experiences of their really crappy service
