Hey All,
here follows the saga of my ordering a DVD From Films First, the DVD in Question "Red Planet" price £4.95... simple enough, ordered it 22nd of April, a week then another went by, nothing came, contacted them via email got no response, posted a message on their official sponsor thread over at The DVD Forums.com, was told by Gary Green it would be looked into first thing on monday, monday came and went along with another entire week and nothing happened, so posted another forum message got no reponse at all, so sent a email directly to Gary Green got a reply back from Toni, saying the disc had been sent but had maybe got lost in the post and would I like a refund so I replied yes I would and well got no response... fast forward to afternoon and this appeared in my inbox.

Hello Mr Robinson,
It appears that there is no record of you ordering with us on the 22nd of April in any of our files only on vsp login as checked by myself today that shows that money has been taken out of your account and in to ours so your option of choice is to either to be refunded or have Red Planet DVD sent out to you

My Reply... (just as well get my money back as already told one dvd is ether missing or they have no record of it)

Hi Please refund my money, I`m getting a little tired of this,
first I`m told its been sent and it was lost in the post and now I`m told you have no record of the order, I shall not be ordering from your company
again...

Well, I never have, and never will use this. Heard too many bad things already.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, no matter how wrong it is ;-)

That sort of experience would put me off a company as well.

On the other hand, I`ve used them a couple of times and they`ve been fine.

Shame really seemed to have some good deals, aint much point if they cant send them out...... Pitty.

Well at least it`s not just me having problems with them.
I ordered `Dirty Dancing` from then on 17 may.there was a problem with the web page so i cancelled the order.Credit card statement came with £6.95 taken off for a film that i had cancelled.Phoned them up and and was told that it would be refunded ,I thought "good". 1 Week later still no refund,phoned them up again only to be told that they have no record of my order or have they taken any money from my credit card.Well its in the hands off my Credit card company now to resolve as i have been reunded by them.One last thing , I will never order from these bunch of cowboys again.

Had trouble myself and had no responses to emails. Mr Green is quick to post here when he`s got something he wants from us....`ideas for his website`. Poor! Won`t use again.

When I had problems with an order some time back I posted on here about it and Gary Green responded pretty quickly and sorted the problem out , perhaps he is just busy or something and has not been here to read what has been posted .
