Page 1 of Splash Dvd any good ?

Has anybody out there used splashdvd.com ?
If so are they any good?

Thay have p***ed me of so I aint gonna say anything nice about them! Thay took £24.99 off my CC on the 19th and Im STILL waiting for my titles, wouldnt have had a problem IF that had taken the dosh prior to dispatch.......!

they`re cheapish, have an extensive catalogue but are rather slow on delivery so stick to play and cd-wow if possible

good for special offers when they come around, but they take your money straight away and delivery of multiple items tends to be slow. Website doesn`t always update correctly. Confirmation emails are sporadic.

If your prepeared to wait at least a month for your orders to arrive then yes , Splash are great!! *sarcastic*

Always had good service from them, if its in stock I get it within 5 days. Cancelled a disk two days ago and the money has already been credited to my card

Used them for first time in their recent £2 off everything promotion.
Ordered 3 discs 18th, after 11 days now email notification two have finally been dispatched.

Ordered another two on 22nd. No news of order yet, other than having taken money out of credit card.

Though they did send an email warning of delays due to `overwhelming demand`, I`m not hugely impressed so far.

Same story, tried them with 2 discs in the sale a few weeks ago, one has just arrived and after sending a email was advised the second disc ( a common title available off the shelf everywhere else ) would be at least another 2 weeks
Decidedly unimpressed.

I too ordered a dvd in the £2 off sale, nothing no email only a warning saying there "could be a delay" Took the money staight away not very impressed i know the dvd was cheap but i don`t think i`ll use them again!!!!!!!!!

Same here, had one of my dvd`s from them yesterday 17 days after I ordered it, no "thankyou for your order" no nothing and as for the other dvd well thats been cancelled (refund pending). Ive been messed around from arsehole to breakfast time with this lot so needless to say I wont be buying anything from them again!
