FBO Entertainment (Australia)
What are they like ? Service, delivery times, security, problem resolution, etc.
RE: FBO Entertainment (Australia)
They are excellent. Once you have got past their credit card check system then there are no problems. My last order was shipped on the 6th November and arrived on the 11th. You can choose how your goods are marked (Gift or Merchandise). The envelope arrives with a persons name and Aussie address on (no mention of FBO on the customs declaration).
Oh, and they are pretty cheap too !
Go for it.

I recently placed my first order with them, they seem very professional. Had the cheapest price anywhere I could find for Friends series 7 box set (£25, inc. postage and insurance!). Had to go through the credit card validation procedure, it`s not too bad but took a while, possibly `cos I ordered just before the weekend. Will let you know how long delivery takes!

I use family box office as welll as ezydvd (both based in Kent Town) for region 4 dvds their delivery times are about the same as ezydvd. Ive only had one problem with them I ordered national lampoons european vacation and they sent national lampoons vacation instead but they sorted it out quickly.

The P+P cost is usually $AU 5.50 - less than £2.00. I can highly recommend this company. I have used them a number of occasions recently and the service has been excellent.
