Got an e-mail to say my 8 DVDs were shipped on the 4th August. Still not turned up! Glenn eventually replied to my emails but seemed to doubt my claims that they weren`t here yet! Anyone else waiting?

I have lost an order a while back Glenn does not generally reply to emails and when things go missing won`t reply or just suggests that you keep waiting. they are good if everything goes well but not if something goes wrong. I recieved a faulty disc but he would not replace it, just ignored my emails but I couldn`t be bothered to argue. I was suppossed to recieve ginger snaps but there site states that they don`t have any stock even though it was released on the 10th of August. Good luck in getting your dvds M8.

I have preorderd a dvd from them too. It has already been released but I still haven`t received it. The money have been taken from my account and they haven`t deducted the GST from my order either. Don`t think I will be using them again.

Same goes here I had my order shipped 2 weeks ago still not recieved it, ordered a title from Ezydvd same time and recieved it within 5 days. definitly not going to order from them again.

Yup im still waiting! When i asked when exactly was one dvd sent out he said "...should have been sent out some time early last week." Should have? He should know exactly! Hes not replied to my last emails. Anyone know if you can get a refund for non delivered items on a credit card?

Ask your card supplier for a "disputed payment" form. retailer will have to prove why they are charging you - if they can`t prove you recieived it because it was not sent registered.........

Placed an order on 4 September, 2002. It was dispatched on 5 September, 2002, and arrived this morning.

Well after emailing the manager who turns out to be Glenn he now tells me it wasnt in stock and hasnt been sent yet so i`ll hold off for a bit on asking for that "disputed form".

Ordered the Friends series 7 boxset on 8/9/02 it was posted on the 10/9/02, it landed on my doorstep this morning 14/9/02, that is the fastest delivery from Oz i`ve ever known , I will definantly order from them again .... really quick, unbelieveably cheap ... excellent site in my opinion

I pre-ordered Spiderman from Devoted a while ago,recieved an E-mail stating that it was shipped on the 30 Oct. its now the 16 Nov and still it hasnt arrived,my main concern is will it arrive in time for Xmas(as its a present) I will give it till Wed/Thurs and then E-mail them
