ok so i have reset p.c to its factory settings but i no longer have the origional monitor.

i now have a 17" lcd medion and before i reset the p.c there was not a problem but now when on the internet if i scroll up or down the whole screen goes all strange as if its underwater and then comes ok when you stop scrolling.

i did not have this problem before and i dont know what i have done or not done to cause this problem.

the p.c has got an ati radion graphics card as before and this is where the monitor is pluged but as i said for some reason i now get this strange problem.

any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks :/

Download the latest graphics driver package from the ATI website and install those drivers.
More than likely a problem with the drivers you have installed.

I agree with Miles but you could also try right clicking anywhere on the desktop - properties - settings - troubleshoot
