Page 1 of New Hard Drive - 40 or 80gb

I am in the process of sorting out my PC and currently have (don`t laugh!) a 4gb one with W98SE loaded.

Is there anyone out there who can point me to a good but decent and reliable site that supply drives please?

I`m looking to load XP on to this drive and my CPU is an AMDK500. Yes I know it`s a tad slow but why do I need a sooper dooper cpu when I am only going to surf the net etc.

Before you upgrade i`d check this site out http://www.hexff.com/w98_hd.php

W98 cant natively handle more than 64gb so you might have to follow the instructions on here to get the bastard to work.

Found that out the hard way........

plus your Bios might not like harddrives that big neither
