Try DVD Moviefactory by Ulead. I`ve used most of there products and they seem to do the job.

You can read up on it here http://www.ulead.co.uk/dmf/runme.htm and also download a 30-day free trial.

Hope this helps.

I have been in the process of doing this but it is slow.

Use DVD2AVI to turn your VOB files in AVI files. Then use Pinnacle studio to do all your editing with the AVI files. Finally convert back into DVD using Pinnacle.
PS You will need hard disk space

I`ve been tinkering with DVD-Lab for a few days now for creating DVDs from camcorder stuff. It doesn`t have an encoder built in (I`m using TMPGEnc for that like everyone else) but the ability to make completely custom menus and disc navigation is great. I`m very impressed with it so far.

There`s a free 30 day trial version on the site which should be long enough for you to get your DVD made :)

Cheers,
Nick
