Need help choosing one of the players listed inside.
I`m thinking of returning my current player due to sync problems. I will then be on the lookout for a new one. The old money`s a bit tight so I can`t be spending a fortune (as you can probably tell with the selection below!).
Which one of the players listed below would be the best buy?
Cyberhome ADL528
LG DVD4210
LG DVD4710
Acoustic Solutions DVD521
Acoustic Solutions DVD551
Pioneer DV343
Scan 2500
Pacific 750
Dansai 852
Deccavision 2100
Or, if anyone could suggest another player it would be appreciated (multiregion & macro free preferred).
Cheers.

I`ve been looking at most of these players myself for my father, on the list you have here I would have to toss between the cyberhome and the scan.
The scan does everything you can think of and for the price is superb!
On the other hand the cyberhome is only £99.95 in richer sounds!
Another player I`ve been looking at is the sony DVPNS300 from techtronics £143.00 with full multimod so no macrovision and multiregion, piture and sound are apparently superb!

My friend has a Toshiba 210e. He sent off to `SHOP` for the `NEW` model Akura. He says it is better than the Toshiba & is now selling the Toshiba. He only had it two months. He has ordered me one & in about two days I will know if it is any good or not. With members discount it is £99-00

I`ve got the Acoustic Solutions DVD 521 and it plays everything I`ve thrown at it (including 80 minute non-standard SVCD CDRWs, which friends` Dansai and Cyberhomes have refused to play).

I`ve got the Sony DVPNS300 - and I can`t fault it. The picture is excellent and I`ve got it going through a Denon amp, so needless to say, the sound s great. Really easy to use and looks good too.
