I`m a little confused: "I`ve region hacked my player and now it can play mp3`s" Are you sure?

Assuming that it can, you need to transfer your mp3`s onto CD. Obviously, you`ll need a CD burner to do this. Your best bet is to burn them onto a CD re-writable disc cos a lot of players have more trouble reading CDR`s. The DVD player should automatically detect that it`s an mp3 disc and hay presto, job done.

Well depends on how much room you have in your house. Mp3 on a dvd player in a living room can be useful to some. If you have a stereo in the same room now you can play discs which has enough music on it to play without having to switch discs constantly.

Once again all depends on the user. Not useful to everyone, but useful to some.

A lot of the new portable Getto blasters, personal CD players are able to play MP3s and CD-R and CD-RWs, and with about 10 hours of music on one CD it`s got to be the future.
