Freesat/Sky satellite dish

Does anyone know if there`s some rule of thumb as to whether your Sky satellite dish will be OK for Freesat ? Is it possibly a geographical thing and/or the strength of signal you get. Freesat sounds a good thing if u want HD(and dont subscribe to premium Movies/Sports channels) and apparently they should be able to provide around 200 channels by Christmas.........impressive.

An existing dish will be fine - it basically pulls from the same satellites but only gets the unencrypted channels. :)
With the newer Freesat boxes having twin tuners etc. though, to take advantage of those you would need more of a Sky+/HD setup with (at least) a twin LNB with twin cable runs.

Same orbital position as for Sky; if it works fine on Sky it should be OK for Freesat.
