Looking for Firmware upgrade for Wharfedale 750S

I have a Whafedale 750S and I can not play 2001- it hangs/locks up at the "intermission" scene. Does anyone know of the latest upgrade, or have it? Can I get a copy please?
- NESN as on the Tesco`s website can not help as they will only assist with player bought in the UK....

The guy said that there are upgrades available for certain Wharfedale models but didn`t go into details as he could not help me.....
Did you get any more info?
