Help! need advice on a cheap DVD player that plays NTSC DVDs on PAL only tv`s

Sadly the old £35 Yamada 5520 has died, only really used it for copying home DVDs to the panasconic, and playing NTSC DVDs on my PAL only tv. As the Panasconic while playing the ntsc disc`s, does not convert them to a pal signal.

Can anyone recommend a replacement?

my cyberhome 1600 seems to be able to do it but you would need a scart though
it works on all the tvs in my home but they are all relativey new. most tvs support both formats. but the one tested can be selected to use one or other of the formats at a time
both work in colour.

older tv may only desplay in black and white
