I cannot get my Matsui player to play the R2 DVD of Duets, it plays the icon entertainment logo then hangs the player before the main menu. Has anyone else had a problem with this disk? Thanks

duets also had slight glitches on my hitachi 505e also my teac the disc wasnt scratched etc dont worry to much the film is pants anyway c ya

i have the same problem with the r2 version of Armageddon SE it may be the way the disc is encoded Mastercare helpline (number on screen of player) have released an upgrade for the Matsui 110 because they got a lot of complaints because of disc such as Dinosaur, Mission to Mars and so on not playing on the 110, what you do is ring them and they will then order the part to be delivered to your nearest Currys Superstore which does the instalation.(i bought my player in dixons but Currys are doing the instalation because dixons owns currys). The upgrade is free of charge but you have to take the player to the store to be upgraded. Give them a ring and see
