NTL DigitalPlus Connecting Options

rogd0262 (Mostly Harmless) posted this on Thursday, 26th July 2001, 19:31

I am about to be a proud member of the NTL DigitalPlus service (currently analogue).

I don`t seem to be able to find much about its digital box...nothing on their website. Can anyone with NTL DigitalPlus help? Cheers!

All I want to know is what kind of output (audio and video) option would I have? I have a Sony Widescreen TV (1 RGB, 1 S-VHS, 2 other scart), a Sony DVP-NS400 with 2 scarts, a Sony STRE475 Receiver and an old Sharp Nicam Video (1 scart).

At the moment, the DVD player is plugged into the RGB scart 1 on the TV, NTL analogue connected to TV via Video with RF cable.

Many Thanks

Great forums here and if u check the previous post most of the answers are there.

The PACE digital NTL box does have RGB via Scart so your pretty much all set, it has a S-video option too and a few other scarts on the back.

Picture quality is supposed too me Near DVD quality sometimes...
but some expereince worser !
