Toshiba SD-100E vs Sony DVP335/6

Anyone got any thoughts on the difference between these two players? The cost is around £20 difference - which means it is not a factor. I would like to buy one soon, and would appreciate any thoughts.

Regards,
Thomas

neither play CDR which many see as a drawback ... neither can be cheaply chipped for RCE compatibility although the cheap mod for the toshiba does allow you to watch the RCE film using a remote trick even though the menu doesnt work .... if you are not looking for CDR playback and RCE compatible Multiregion then these players are okay for you otherwise you need to look at other options like the Toshiba 210e which is replacing the 100e ... plays CDR and can be cheaply modified for Multiregion with RCE compatibility

the sony has firmware problems and won`t play certain discs like the toy story gift set. infact, it was featured on the bbc`s watchdog programme.
