Page 1 of My Only Problem With Scan DVD Player.

I`ve had my Scan DVD player since September last year and have no complaintes till today.

Just bought Love, Honour and Obey with Ray Winston if you`ve seen this DVD you`ll know there`s nothing special on it at all only scene selection audio and wide screen or 4.3 aspect that`s it nothing else, but my DVD player wont play it from the menu the picture just breaks up really bad.

I cant up date my drivers as my DVD is running on version 1.3 can anyone help?

I suppose you have done this, but somtimes a finger print or dirt on the disc can cause this, so give it a clean!

All you can do is try and persuade Scan to do a drop and pick. You are still under guarantee, and this is a software problem.

Fry it with a low current, high voltage electric charge (Mega Testet).

The will provide you with a brand new one (hopefully).

You need to contact scan and ask for a pick up and drop.
they seem to be quite good at this once you have got hold of them.
the problem is geting hold of them, they have just taken on more staff and are in the process of training them. you best bet to get hold of them is on-line T/S. and as for Carrot Cruncher`s post dont even go there mate, as this will invalidate you GTee and you will not get a new one.
