Can anyone help me please, i cannot fuly understand the manual on my Phillis DVDR75, i need to know the best set-up way, I have a T.V with 2 Scarts, ATop Box with 2 Scarts and the DVD Playe rwith 2 scarts, they all seem to tell me different set-ups.

It`s sort of each to their own really, but I use a scart junction box, `cos my TV has only one RGB input. I presume your set top box outputs RGB.
I have my Sky box and my DVD player going into the scart switcher, and then the TV output from the switcher goes through my Philips DVDR75 and then into the TV`s RGB input.
The Philips DVDR75 has RGB input, so there`s no loss of quality.
You then simply have to switch between the DVD player and the set top box. Argos and Index both do perfectly good manual switchers for about £10, and both can cope with an RGB signal.

Hi,

can you help me then?
I have an LG tele with built in Sky decoder
2 scarts on tele, 1 Sky out, one euro in.
I use an LG Video(scart), LG DVD(3 phono or SVHS+2phono) to scart
Philips DVDR75.
I have a 3 way way switch scart box.
Can you help me determine the best set up?
I want to be able to record from VHS and DVD(not copy protected) to my DVDR75 and also be able to record from TV

HELP!!!!!!!!!
