Recommend an AMP

Im buying the LG3350e soon and I want to buy an amp and some speakers later on.
The LG has dolby decoder built in but do I need to get an amp that does dolby decoding or will a normal amp work with the dolby output from the LG?

I`ve had the Kenwood KRFV7030D for over 6 months now, and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking to buy an amp.

It does Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS, and the last time I checked, just over a week ago I think unbeatable.co.uk had it for £190ish - which is an excellent price.

It handles DVD and standard CD output perfectly and as mentioned above at a really good price.

It also got 5/5 in Home Cinema Choice in one of the latter issues last year.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Chris

Thanks for the suggestion.

But do you know if its nescessary to get a dolby decoding amp?

Our main TV is a sony 28" (can`t get the serial off hand, 4yrs old) and has dolby surround but I think it would be better to pass the sound through and amp rather than the TV.
