Page 1 of blank dvd-r.. what comes reccomended, how much is it and where do i get it??

Second bundle down . The overprints £10.48. for 100.
I bought a bundel of these and they are fine, i have only got 3 coasters so far and have used loads. And for that price i think one or two coasters cant be bad.(they were 9.99 when i bought mine).

I thought he was on about DVD-R?

TBh both the Datawrite Classic 4.7 Yellow and Red tops 4 X DVD-R perform as well as I could expect. The Red tops can be bought for around £20 for a 25 pack and the Yellow tops around £24 for a 25 pack. The audio and video quality after ripping etc seems to me as good as it could get.
I always used to use Maxell or TDK audio cassettes as a rule and Philips CDR but with DVD-R I have only used the Red or Yellow and can see no reason why I will change in the near future.

I will probably stick with these myself as the only coaster I made was when I was phannying about while burning with Nero.

All this pish about multi-tasking, if you are burning to CD or DVD better to be safe than sorry. Leaving the computer well alone after starting burning is the safest and possibly the only way you will not end up with a coaster.
