I`m looking to treat myself to a cheap DVD player for Xmas. Could do with on that is region free, plays CD-R, CD-RW would be a bonus and maybe even MP3! Have a few VCD`s on CD-R I wish to watch! Any suggestions? Am considering the Alba, JMB (Index), Medion (Aldi) or any other Sub £150 players HELP! Mal

Stretch an extra 20 quid and go for the Encore DV-450 from www.amazon.co.uk, won Home Entertainment magazine`s Budget Player Of The Year 2000 award and does everything you could ask...
