Sorry to reopen this old thread (credit: SmokedKipper), but does anyone know of anywhere at all that has the LG3350 in stock?

Thinking about it, I don`t have a clue where to start asking? Where are the key places that I should start when trying to buy a DVD player?

All ideas appreciated.

The best place to buy from is probably Bennettsonline.co.uk - they charge £220.45 (free delivery) and say the player IS multiregion.

I seem to remember someone posting (maybe not here, but somewhere) that their LG 3200 from there had a sticker on the box saying it`s firmware was updated for multiregion (different player, but you get the idea).

They list the LG3350 on their main page, as an example player type-thing, but since they don`t include it in their main stock list on their web page this means, according to their phone line, that they have less than 10 in stock. In actual fact they have none. I know `cos I rang them to check before I ordered, but I`m willing to wait - unless anyone knows of an alternative.

Dabs.com lists them for £188.99 (w. free delivery), and Timextra has them for 189.99 (£1 delivery?).

Both suppliers state longer delivery times: 3-4 weeks, and 11+ days respectively

If you have a Makro Card and a store near you, then they are on special offer at only £150 + Vat

www.thebighut.co.uk had them last week for £214 ex Delivery. If you`re in the Glasgow area you can go to their warehouse and pick one up direct. I was going to last week, but managed to get a price match from branch of Currys which was closer to me.

So far, picture and sound are great. Bargain for this price!!!!

My only regret is that I`ll be excluded from the 99% of messages here about SCAN. I`ll tell my story of dealings with SCAN one day.

Madmax, what Macro store are you on about? The one in Newcastle under lyme aint got none and wont be having any only the 3200 after christmas at £130+vat.
