is there a dvd player which is multiregion\macr disabled out of the box anyone know of one and where it is available and how much cheers

Dream on... MR yes in the Alba 108 and Bush 2023 (if not open.2812, change the region code will do the trick) but macro free from the box ... never encountered a player with this feature. A hack or chipping is required.

The Alba DVD104 was multiregion and macro free out of the box , but as far as I know the only place you can find one now is on Ebay or similar auction site.
The current Alba for £69.99 at Argos is multiregion out of the box , but not macro free.
