Hi mate My da has the same player and here is the hacks for it. multi region works great but vcd hack only plays certain types of discs but works. hope this helps you. Craig
To convert this player to Multi-Region
1. Press the Menu button on your remote control
2. Press the 1 button on your remote control
3. Press the 6 button on your remote control
4. Press the 7 button on your remote control
5. Press Mute button on your remote control for All Regions
To convert this player for VCD playback
1. Press the Open button on your remote control to open the drive tray
2. Place an audio CD in the drive tray
3. Press the Open button on your remote control to close the drive tray
4. Press the Menu button on your remote control
5. Press the 1 button on your remote control
6. Press the Index (1-All) button on your remote control
7. Press the Open button on your remote control
8. Press the 1 button on your remote control

Hi Craig, you sound like a bit of an expert on the MATSUI 125 so wondered if you`d mind if I picked your brains a little..... Do you know a way to turn the macro off so I can record my kids dvd movies onto video for use on the kitchen TV/Vid...(a small bribe to get them to eat their dinner!) Hope to hear back soon, thanks!
