If you guys have got the sense to look in this forum for a hack, why did you buy a non-chipped machine in the first place? The prices of multi-region machines from suppliers on the Net are way cheaper than the R2-only machines in high street retailers, so why have you shelled out your hard-earned to the halfwits at Dixons, Currys etc?

Well said Longshanks, there are too many cynical and condascending replies in the forums, not everyone is actually aware of the existance of forums like this one prior to purchase ! If you want a region free hack try using your search engine, I generally use google and key in DVD Hacks , you will find details of lots of companies that can help you. Good luck

I think you`ll find that there are so many cynical and condascending replies because people are fed up of answering the same questions (again and again and again). A simple search on this very forum for RV31 would have shown there were no hacks freely available (I believe February 3rd was the last time it was asked).
And you have to question how "URGENT" it is to watch a R1 disc - hardly life threatening is it.

Nice attitude Chris W. I take it from your condesending tone that you are actually above answering such simple questions like "were can I get this disk from".. Do you just sit there in your Ivory tower looking down on us mere mortals and occasionally sending a non helpfull message or did you get someone to do it for you because you dont want to demean yourself by talking to us
