Various hacks needed to help our customers
Hi, my boss has asked me to get the hacks for a ton of players (we have just changed our stock), and wondering if you guys can help. I have looked at the remote hack pages, and also been to dvdchips, but can`t find these ones listed on eithers pages:
Bush DVD2008
Grundig GDV-2350
JVC XV-M52SL
I found the following on the dvdchips page, but does anyone know of any handset hacks for them...
Hitachi DV-P315E
Panasonic DVD-RV31
Sony DVP-NS300
Sony DVP-NS400
Sony DVP-NC600
JMB DVD3002
I`d be greatful for any help
Andy
RE: Various hacks needed to help our customers
I can confirm that the Hitachi DV-P315E is hackable. This player is a re-badged Samsung DVD-M105 and, as such, has the same region hack.
As with the DVD-M105, however, whether the hack works (and which code to use) depends on the player`s firmware version. Versions 5.02C and 5.02Ee are hackable (use codes 38767 and 57538 respectively, in conjunction with this hack: http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/full/thomson3300.asp), while 5.02E and 5.02Da are definitely not hackable.

RE: Various hacks needed to help our customers
There are no handset hacks for Sony or Panasonic players, as both are members of the DVD Forum, the industry standards committee.
There has been a hack for the JMB3000 knocking around these forums, but don`t think I`ve seen one for the 3002.
RE: Various hacks needed to help our customers
The JMB 3002 isn`t actually on sale yet. We have it in stock as a substitue for the Bush 2008
I didn`t think that there were hacks for the Sony and Panasonic, but I had heard that the Sony players were becoming easier to hack somehwere. Must`ve been a false rumour.
Thanks for your help guys
RE: Various hacks needed to help our customers
With regards to WEDGE G about the JMB 3002 not being on sale as yet.I would like to inform you it has been on sale now for over 4months or so and it was a direct replacement for the JMB 3000 and is an ORION brand manufactured product. It can be purchased from Index catalogue stores or from Littlewoods Stores @£129.99.
There is at this time, no region hack available for this particular model.
However you can purchase a chip from steve @dvdchips his site is posted here somewhere. Although the JMB 3002 is virtually identical to the 3000 in apperance it has a couple of variations. That being when switched on the display panel runs slightly different and the on screen TV picture now displays the DVD symbol.Hopefully soon a hack will be found as i am sure there are a lot off people out there that have this model
Kind regards Larry
