Have you tried the hack for the earlier model of this player (it might work)
Power on, Press open on the DVD player. On the remote control press the SETUP button, Press the right key on the remote 3 times (actually it`s 2 times on my machine), The preference page will show up, press 9653, Use the up and down key to select the Region, Select 0 for all regions.

Hi there it`s been quite a while since this post but I am on the eternal search for the hack code (and instructions on how to do it) to this portable Logik DVD player (LOGPD1008), doesn`t seem to be one anywhere does anyone have any ideas or is this a lost cause?
