Page 1 of PANASONIC SA-HT80 5 DVD CHANGER HACK

Can anyone help with the above hack, I have read through some of the forum entries, and I don`t believe for a second it is impossible to hack Panasonic DVD machines.

Could somebody please help.

I have the same player and i cant find any info on making this machine multi region -any help is appreciated --incidentally i dont believe there is no hack either

The guy that installed my mates said there was a handset hack for it but he wouldent give us it as it was more than his jobs worth.

You use a handset hack in conjunction with the disc to perform the hack. One without the other doesn`t work.

Just in case there is anyone out there that is not aware of it, this magical disc is nothing more than the standard Panasonic Test Disc. Panasonic put in the back door to the region codes etc for their own engineer`s use. Simply play the disc, wait until the end of the baby scene and enter the code.

A guy at work has the same player and is on the trail for a hack. If he gets anywhere I`ll drop you a line.
