IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT IT RECENTLY THERE IS NO HACK AS SONY HAVE FIXED THEIR SO CALLEED LITTLE FLAW. SERIUOSLY THOUGH AS PLAYSTATION 2 IS A FINE MACHINE ITS NOT ALL UP TO SCRATCH. DREAMCAST STILL GETS MY VOTE EVEN THOUGH I OWN THE TWO OF THEM. DUE TO ORIGINALITY OF GAMES AND GAMEPLAY ALSO LIFESPAN OF THE GAMES, IF YOU WERE TO ASK ME WHICH ONE I WOULD BUY NOW, DEFINITLY DREAMCAST! DONT TAKE ANY NOTICE OF THE SEGA CHANGE AROUND BECAUSE OVERALL SEGA TOOK MORE OF A MARKET SHARE THAN PS2 AND PS ONE AT CHRISTMAS AND DUE TO THIS I THINK THEY DID SELL MORE UNITS!

Yes, but they`ve stopped making Dreamcasts! So, while they will be some new games out this year, there isn`t going to be many more. With a PS2 you are only at the start of the releases rather than at the end.
Buy a DC now if you want a cheep console with some excellent games that will last you for a year. But don`t expect to be seeing new releases after this year. I`d buy a DC now, then wait for a year and buy a PS2 when they drop down to £200. Oh, except I`ve already got both ;-)
