5/2/2005 Chocolate Starfish market getting on 69 3081 3561 404 193 211 Refused

vs my 601/601/760 uberness.

So what is it, that I may be using you for 20xp as you have climbed the ranks with your no-str approach.

Or are you truly afraid my less than 2k keeter will whipe the floor with your 6600ness???

They refused me too. They`d probably have won easily, too. Wonder why they don`t want to get an easy high XP win....?

I had a refusal too, after beating them for the first time in ages, my next one was turned down. Is it some kind of tactic? :D

Ah, refused due to your high strength and (possibly) CCJ`s?

My grem is of a similar XP model to Choc Starfish, but obviously without the wins - mostly because Bulkster started life as a punchbag. My "no win, no fee, no problem" approach is still valid, whether you just want 1XP or 23XP, it doesn`t matter :)

It just kills me that they take this no-str way to climb to the top, and once there, refuse challenges.

Ah well, thanks to all who do accept my challenges, and I have yet to refuse on with 3 generations of fighters (and never will).

If it`s of no consolation to you (:P) I`ve had my challenge from the starfish accepted today, and one given back to me in return. Unfortunately I lost both of them, but such is life...

Edit: Come to think of it, I`ve lost quite a few matches today - notably to Sturm and Kaal, who are fairly weaker grems as far as XP goes. It`s not as if the Bulkster put up much of a fight either! Perhaps he`s not used to being up before lunchtime on a Sunday...

i think it`s probably to do with the stamina rating. if u go to the read news section rjs says that dexterity decreases with fatigue (low stamina)

I`ve had a few funny results today as well. Significant losses (over in a few rounds) against Grem`s with very similar stats. And been beaten by Gremlins ranked alot lower than my Grem.

BTW If anyone has any challenges and wants a fight Richzel Jnr is ready and waiting :)

Ooh! I can`t believe i`ve (among others) been the topic of conversation & i didn`t even know about it :D For what it`s worth i`ve been going on this rule: Quote:
1 point deducted for every 30 stat points you are over your opponent`s gremlin after the first 300
(note that the minimum XP for each fight is now 1 regardless of what happens)

That last one may seem confusing, but if you have 100/100/100 and you challenge someone who is 200/200/200 then it will have no effect on either of you.

However if someone is 400/400/400 and they challenge you (or you them) then their XP will be deducted using the following formula:

((400 + 400 + 400) - 300 - (100 + 100 + 100)) / 30 = minus 20 XP

Which, if i`m reading it right, means that i actually lose points for accepting challenges from gremlins with very low xp.
I would also like to say that i`ve never used the tactic of challenging gremlins higher in the league just to gain high xp, i`ve always challenged those fairly close to me in the league (cos when it comes down to it, i want to win fights, not lose)
Anyway, sorry if i`ve offended you by refusing your challenges. :)
