from what iv read he was looking for trouble and this guy wasnt the 1st he assaulted that day, try him, whether or not he`s convicted is another matter but there is certainly enough evidence to charge him i would think

If you were to push someone over with sufficient force to cause injury resulting in death, you`d face manslaughter charges.
