RE: Price comparison sites.
Try......
www.pricerunner.co.uk
www.bestpricedvd.co.uk for R2 & www.dvdpricecheck.co.uk for all region checking.
I`ve not been too impressed with dvdpricecheck in recent weeks. It`s been failing to find dvds definitely stocked by some retailers or for some finds, the price has been incorrect. I don`t know why this should be - if it`s cached data, then the search should be instantaneous (it clearly isn`t). If it`s live, then it should find stuff and show the right price.
It`s not all bad though - I searched for "ally" (as in McBeal) and it found "Totally Nude Aerobics", which I think might be even more entertaining!
RE: Price comparison sites.
Try A&B Sound, which is a Canadian site. Prices are pretty good & they have a good list of sale DVD`s
Website starts from http://www.absound.ca/
also, http://www.cd-wow.com/ has about 30 newish releases at £14.99 each

I`ve found the same thing with dvdpricecheck, Neon. Quite often, I`ve seen something on play247, serached for comparisons, and play never showed up mon the final list. I generally make 2 searches now. It seems certain words (not necessarily MORE words) in the search criteria get you a better a selection.
