seems cheap enough (although dont know the area) however a lot of competition sub £110k and looks presentable enough... only down side i can see is no garage and looks like ex-local authority which will put a lot of buyers off!

It has no garage but the loft is fully boarded out. It is ex council but that didnt put me off buying it 7 years ago.
It wud be great for a first time buyer to get on the property ladder!
