SX 1.4 HDI Turbo Diesel?

Im in the market for a good diesel supermini and these motors look quite good. Its on a 52 plate with 78k and 2 owners from new tested til Nov - window price £2995.....

NOW the big question, what cash offer do I offer the dealer if I want the motor?

Any idea`s?

78,000 miles? I know it`s diesel, but the rest of the parts go wrong as much as a petrol engine at that milage. I`ve never owned one, but I have hired the petrol versions & I love the C3.

never owned a C3 but had other Citreons... NNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Get something more reliable like a Clio Diesel or VW, or Peugeot!

In the past I`ve owned several Citroen cars & I`ve never had a problem. I have owned a Peugeot & although I liked it (106) it did have problems. Having said that I do try to stay with Japanese cars.

My wife has had a C3 for about 6 years now, up until weds evening, when a drunk driver hit us head on and wrote it off. :(

It`s been a great little car, and I can`t fault it, the only problem we have had was the exhaust bracket rusting through.
