Active Noise Cancelling Headphones

Riggs (Elite) posted this on Friday, 11th January 2008, 08:49

It looks like i will be travelling quite a bit this year with work so am looking for a pair of active noise cancelling headphones so I don`t make myself deaf. The only problem is that I`m struggling to find decent reviews to help me make a decision. My budget is about 70-100 quid and I`ve been looking at the Sennheiser PXC250 or AKG K440 NC headphones. Can anyone offer any comments/suggestions?

I know the `around the ear` types would be better but I don`t want them to be too big as I`ll look more of a prat than usual. That`s why I`d looked at the `on the ear` Sennheisers.

Ta everso

A couple of sites I have used before

http://headphonereviews.org/

http://www.headphonenews.com/

Might have some info, I haven`t used active noise cancelling so can`t really help I am afraid. Tho my Etymotic`s have great passive noise cancelling if you get a good seal.
