Page 1 of DVD Hell

Help me please, I am trying to find a DVD player for my Boy friend for Xmas and need help. I have no idea what to look for, what a good make is, etc etc.....help me....

Try the Wharfedale M5 at Tesco. Easy to hack and very cheap now I think.

The wharfedale tends to be very hard to get hold of these days so although I don`t own one I would suggest a schneider model from asda`s.

I have heard many good comments about their players and if i didnt have a region and macro free Wharfedale 750s then I would definately go out and buy one

u might wanna get a ps2. £200 . Its a dvd player and games console in one. You would have to buy a remote and a dvd region x so you can play all regions on it

personally i would recommend the dansai 852 from tesco. Ive got one and i cant fault it. it plays everything. Also i can give you the multi region remote hack if you want it. With 51p change out of £100 it has to be by far the best machine available for under a ton

I was in Tesco yesterday and was looking at the Dansai and it is a nice looking machine the sort that temps you to buy it because of the price and looks, even though you already got a perfectly working DVD player at home it is so bloody tempting!........get behind me satan.

Go for the Dansai 852 from Tesco`s it`s a real bargain.....forget the rubbish from Asda....
