Page 1 of So Ill......eeeugh :-(

The whole family has come down with fever, aches/pains, snotty noses.....and to top it all off I`ve got the worse cough I think I`ve ever had....we all have.

Antibiotics for me, Dips and Asha while we think Jesse is only snotty because of her teething....... :)

I never get ill cos I`m generally as fit as a fiddle and eat copious amount of fruit :D so this is why this time its knocked us all for six......

Seems to be affecting the whole family too...mum, sister. neice etc......anyone else feel there `something going around` to coin a cliche??

There certainly has been. It sidwswiped me in Chrimbo limbo, felt like crap for 24 hours, but the rest of the family`s been rough as hell for a few days each

virtually all my family has been ill at some stage over xmas too.....girlfriends sister was over from Canada for a week and spent half that in bed (not with me I hasten to add!)

Friends in the flat above me came down with something nasty over the Christmas period.

My 80 year old dad is the same. I`m keeping a close watch on him.

Been ill for the last three Xmas periods so this year went for the flu jab and so far I`ve been alright = everyone at work has had it.

:( been ill now for the last two weeks,never went out over christmas. just thought i was getting better then it came back. most of the people i know have been the same. hope you get well soon.

It`s not easy being different. It`s not easy being cool....but somehow I manage....

My two youngest and the wife are on the "Sh*t and puke like there`s no tomorrow" new year detox illness. It`s gone through (literally) each of them in turn since Saturday night. I`ve got the associated stomach cramps but haven`t been sick yet :(
