i would have to say that for 200 notes the toshiba 210 would be a good purchase and for that price you can buy it already chipped to play multi region.
ps it also plays cdr`s and mp3`s
try www.richersounds.co.uk

Denon is right - outta all the players currently on sale at £200, the Tosh is probably the best one to go for. Try also http://www.sevenoakssoundandvision.com who sell the 210 for the same price.

Incidentally, this question would probably have gained more attention in the Hardware Forum, where all the gadget fiends hang out.

Personally mate I would pop down the local Asda as they have a Samsung M105 and Schneider 855 (£159 for Samsung- Multi region hack and the Schneider has been reduced from £149 to £99 and can also be hacked for multi-region). But wot do I know, I only work for them!!

The thing with buying a Toshiba from Richers Sounds is....YOU CAN`T ...they always run out !!!!! All the blimmin` time...
Great Deals for the few people who can get `em..I`m after a Tosh210 myself ..
I`m going to try sevenoaks, a bit more reliable from what I`ve heard, besides half the staff in Richer Sounds answer the phone with high pitched squeaky voices, can`t trust folk like that can you??

Good Luck
