Page 1 of Lock Stock and 2 smoking barrels booklet

I recently bought the Director`s Cut of this film from play247.com. Upon opening it I saw that there was no booklet. I spoke to play247.com who say there is not one for it, but I have heard from others on the net that ther is. I was wondering if anyone here has this booklet and would be willing to scan it for me?

Has anyone else noticed that on the back on the lock,stock and two smoking barrels dvd case it says region code pal 2+4 but it only plays when the dvd player is set to r2 and not when its set to r4. So why does it say r2 and 4 when its r2 only
