I can`t get my head round all of this with River Song. First there is the fact that we always meet her at opposite ends of hers and the Doctor`s lives as already pointed out.

Also at the end of the latest episode, the Doctor leaves with her a blue book which we have seen before. But has he revealed for her the coming future, which I am sure the Time Lords would not do? And how can she survive from that hospital place all the way to 5000+ AD without being to regenerate?
For a series that deals with time and space, this has gotten very confusing!

Lock Stock and 2 smoking barrels booklet
I recently bought the Director`s Cut of this film from play247.com. Upon opening it I saw that there was no booklet. I spoke to play247.com who say there is not one for it, but I have heard from others on the net that ther is. I was wondering if anyone here has this booklet and would be willing to scan it for me?
