Can anyone reccommend the best place to advertise my car for sale?

I have looked at Auto-trader and exchange and mart but they seem a bit steep.

Any good websites?

ebay is the only way to reach a mass market these days... what age is it, mileage and what price are you looking for, its a buyers markey out there!!!

Yup, nothing but eBay.

Ive put the details on the trading forum as I thought I had nothing to lose.

Lots of people don`t use Ebay though, lots more still don`t even have computers yet. I always try the free ads papers first, it doesn`t cost you anything, so worht a try. Here`s the two I use, I know Ad-Trader is national, not sure about Ad-mag.

You can sub your ads online, and they go on the website, and in the mag you buy at the newsagent (yellow, and green newspaper type mags in out area).

Also try your local newspapers classified section. If they have a website you can often put then in online too, you can with ours. Obviously it`ll depend on the age of the car (how much you want for it) whether it`s a free ad or not in there.
