Page 1 of Anyone else getting annoyed by those Crazy Frog adverts?

It`s not even slightly amusing, it never was. Now were getting 2 ads in one ad break. And don`t get me bloody started on that dragon.

It`s made the company (Jamster, I believe) £14million, so some fooking morons are buying it.

It`s got to the stage where everytime it comes on the telly I physically shudder. One day I`m gonna snap and smack, very hard, anyone who actually has it on their phone, be it small child or old person

Yep, gets thoroughly on my t*ts also. Infuriating, and makes you determined NOT to have one.

There`s a banner with the annoying little green edited on cdcovers.cc at the moment which I forget about every time I visit and before I know it I`ve got the Crazy Frog version of Axel F blaring out my edited speakers!

It`s just sooo funny!

theres a few things p***ing me off at the moment, one being the crazy frog. i bet half the fekkers who but it dont even know where axel f originated from!!!
also that bleeding road to amarillo!!! theyve made a s***e song even worse! now all the `small time` football fans have adopted it and its spreading through football grounds like wild fire. think of your owns bloody songs!!!

It aint likely to end soon, kids with more pocket money than sense will keep buying them just because they`re advertised so much and they`ve gotta have the latest one to be "cool".

To be honest though, why would you even want it as your ringtone? It`s not original and it`s gotta be annoying, even to kids if they hear it loads of times every day (the dragon and chick are even worse though).

All this would stop if parents realised kids don`t even need a bloody mobile phone when they`re still in school. What`s the point? They see all their friends all day anyway, and haven`t kids got home phones anymore? Really does my head in

We`re getting old and it`s a new generation thing, kids love it, all I do is change the channel. Kids don`t find them boring or annoying, it`s no different to our generation who listened to punk in the 70s or rap music in the 80s.

It`s not a question of seeing their friends everyday, kids need mobile phones mainly for parental reassurance, because at least we can ring them and find out where they are.

Jamster must be conning all the little Chavs and Chavettes out of a bloody fortune :o (annoying as it is - why can`t you just buy the ringtone, instead of joining their club?)

Those commercials irritate the life out of me and why anyone would want the frog, the chick or the dragon singing every time someone wants to speak to them is beyond me. Jamster have found a gap in the market (and some peoples` brains) and have obviously exploited it to the full - I wish they would decide that enough is enough and bugger off with their pockets full, taking their monstrous creations with them. >:(
